Shipping Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped out using a fully tracked courier service.

Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, the estimated delivery time is between 5 and 15 business days.

Shipping Fee

The shipping fee varies according to the actual condition. Generally speaking, it is between $6.99 and $12.99. In remote areas, the express fee could be up to $20. We offer free shipping on all orders over $79.

Shipment Tracking

When an order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing the shipment tracking information. 

Changing Shipping Address

It is suggested that customers ensure that the shipping address entered is accurate. There is a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. If you want to update your delivery address, please contact us immediately at support@sculpte.shop.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your item is shipped, Sculpté is not liable for lost or stolen packages. We strongly recommend our customers purchase the shipping guarantee option at checkout. Please contact us if you have not received your delivered order or if it has been lost in transit by the carrier, and we would be happy to assist.
